RTR is a Management Consulting firm. OK, we have said it!... Now what?

Quite naturally, our formal introduction is made throughout the various sections of this site, in which we briefly describe who we are, what we do, how we do it – and what our experience looks like: whom we have served – and what we have done for them. As we said, that is the formal introduction.

This, here, is a less formal introduction we would like to make; to let you know that (1) As a way of life we do our very best to only get ourselves involved in areas we really excel in – and (2) If you chose to work with us in any of our two areas of expertise, we shall do the utmost to assist you in doing The Right Things, Right.

If you have been in business enough time, you probably know that the first Right stands for Effectiveness: doing the things that would get an organization to achieve its goals and objectives; things that would focus the organization and keep it on the right track. You probably also know that the second Right stands for Efficiency: not just doing the Right Things, but doing them in a way that would make best (optimal, if possible) use of the organizational resources; minimize, if not eliminate, waste.

If you have been in business enough time, you doubtlessly know that doing the Right Things Right is not an easy task. It requires working Top-down: starting with understanding and agreement on the strategic (Business, or CRM, or other) goals and objectives – and proceeding in a systematic way, covering every relevant issue, trying not to miss anything which may, in retrospect, prove to be critical to the process's success.

Getting an organization to do the Right Things Right demands time and energy which, in today's demanding era, are both extremely scarce resources. Just ask yourself, as you read these lines, how often you have seen organizations doing the Wrong Things (outside the focus of their business), or doing the Right Things in the Wrong Way (wasting their resources), or even, God forbid, sinning in doing the Wrong Things, in the Wrong Way... and, eventually, getting out of business.

As we have said earlier, if we work together, we shall do whatever we can to assist you in doing The Right Things, Right, thus making you and your organization really benefit from our relationship. We shall put at your disposal all our know-how and experience, both of which have been accumulated through years of working with many organizations, in practically every part of our modern economy.

We hope we have managed to convey to you what we feel to be our core business, on the one hand – and, given the opportunity, our commitment to serving you faithfully by turning that same core business into your success, on the other hand.
